Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketplace account concerns and timely issue resolution.
- Manage and monitor daily operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee product listings, including updating descriptions, pricing, and promotional banners to maximize visibility.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Maintain high seller ratings by managing customer inquiries, feedback, and dispute resolutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute seasonal campaigns and flash sale events.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and stay updated on platform algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Proficiency in using Seller Center tools (Shopee, Lazada, or Zalora).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
