Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement efficiency and cost savings
- Manage material planning, forecasting, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with production teams to align material deliveries with manufacturing schedules
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for consolidation and better pricing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in materials planning, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
