Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets for medical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clinical staff.
- Organize and participate in medical events, conferences, and educational programs to increase product visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional materials with clinical needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related roles (minimum 1ā2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare system and medical product landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within the Cirebon region and surrounding areas.
- Commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance with healthcare regulations.
