Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Mill Manager to lead our Palm Oil Mill (PKS) operations in Kalimantan Timur. This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of mill operations to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, and safety.
As the Mill Manager, you will be tasked with managing and controlling the entire operational activities of the palm oil processing facility. Your primary focus will be on driving production performance, implementing best practices, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control throughout the production process.
Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily production schedules, managing and developing the mill workforce, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimizing operational costs. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategies for improving mill efficiency and reducing downtime.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the palm oil mill to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets and optimize efficiency
- Manage, supervise, and develop the mill workforce to ensure high performance and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards
- Monitor and control production quality to maintain consistent product standards
- Manage operational budgets and costs to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations or similar manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- In-depth knowledge of palm oil processing technologies and production processes
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and production management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a remote location in Kalimantan Timur
