As a key member of our technical support staff, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of VIVO brand devices. In this hands-on role, you will serve as the first line of defense in ensuring our devices are restored to perfect working condition for our valued clients. Your expertise in diagnosing complex hardware failures, replacing screens, and troubleshooting software glitches will be highly valued. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier service, and your work will directly contribute to the VIVO brand's reputation for quality. You will work closely with our inventory management team to ensure the availability of high-quality spare parts. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones, specifically focusing on VIVO models and brands.
- Perform hardware replacements including LCD screens, batteries, charging ports, and speakers.
- Update software, flash firmware, and resolve operating system issues.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and testing on all repaired devices before release.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Interact with customers to explain repair status, costs, and warranty policies.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of spare parts and consumables.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma (TVL) in Electronics or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mobile phone repair and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of VIVO device specifications and repair procedures.
- Proficient in using microsoldering tools and diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to undergo additional training on new device models.
