Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mobile phones, specifically focusing on VIVO models and brands.
  • Perform hardware replacements including LCD screens, batteries, charging ports, and speakers.
  • Update software, flash firmware, and resolve operating system issues.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and testing on all repaired devices before release.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace to ensure safety standards.

Qualifications
