Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mobilization activities for new projects and client engagements.
- Define and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking during the transition phase.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks by implementing proactive solutioning and process improvements.
- Oversee the setup of infrastructure and team onboarding to ensure 'day one' operational readiness.
- Perform non-transition-related tasks and support leadership in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with Accenture's operational frameworks and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, transition management, or business operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-pressure, corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
