Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of mobilization activities for new client programs and internal initiatives.
- Coordinate with recruitment, training, operations, and client teams to ensure timely resource allocation and skill alignment.
- Develop and maintain mobilization timelines, dashboards, and risk registers to track progress and mitigate issues.
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs, including process documentation, system access, and compliance checks.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mobilization phases, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage communication cadences with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and escalation support.
- Conduct post-mobilization reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Support change management initiatives by fostering cultural readiness and addressing resistance in transitioning teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or mobilization, ideally within a BPO or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stream mobilizations with 50+ team members.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and collaboration tools like Teams or SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to travel occasionally.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
