Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to customers within designated Indramayu routes with punctuality and care
- Maintain accurate delivery records using digital tracking systems
- Safely package and secure items according to transportation guidelines
- Communicate delivery status updates to customers and dispatch team
- Perform pre/post-delivery motorcycle inspections and basic maintenance
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and customer inquiries professionally
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency during peak hours
Qualifications
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with minimum 1-year driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Indramayu and surrounding West Java regions
- Ability to handle physical workload including package lifting (up to 20kg)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and communication apps
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Reliable personal motorcycle in good working condition
- Clean driving record and commitment to road safety
