- Manage appointment scheduling, handle walk-ins, and ensure smooth salon flow.
- Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service to build repeat business.
- Perform nail art designs, color customization, and after-care advice.
- Upsell nail care products and future appointments to support salon revenue.
- Collaborate with stylists and team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
Qualifications
- Certification in nail technology or cosmetology; relevant local credentials.
- 1-2 years of experience in manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, and nail art.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and sterilization best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to build client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a steady hand and artistic eye for nail designs.
