Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate machinery to ensure smooth production flow during the night shift.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet MNC standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to the engineering team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with safety regulations.
- Document daily production activities and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet daily shift output targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided for those with the right aptitude.
- Ability to commit to permanent night shift hours.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with mechanical or electrical tools.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
