StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking motivated OE Technicians to join our production team in Seletar, North Region. Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new production lines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company policies.
- Assist in training junior technicians and operators on equipment handling and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience as an OE Technician, maintenance technician, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with PLC programming, HMI, and basic automation concepts is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP CMMS or other maintenance management systems.
- Good problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities; willing to work in shifts if required.
