Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students via our virtual classroom platform.
- Utilize Edukasi Carakita’s unique teaching method to ensure effective language acquisition.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching styles to meet individual learning needs.
- Maintain high levels of student engagement and participation during live sessions.
- Prepare lesson materials and ensure all digital resources are ready prior to class start times.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Participate in ongoing teacher training and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance teaching materials and program efficacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online or classroom-based English teaching.
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Strong digital literacy and familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Passionate about education and experienced in adapting to students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.
