Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to retrieve reservation details and process payments.
- Collaborate with the team leader to meet individual and team performance KPIs.
- Troubleshoot guest issues effectively, offering creative solutions to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the database.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on hotel policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal BPO experience; we value potential and a great attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
