Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and SMS inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance
- Generate and analyze operational reports to support business decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all customer management systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and operational challenges
- Monitor and track operational metrics to meet performance targets
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
