As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations navigate the complex landscape of sustainable business practices. You will work closely with clients across various industries to develop and implement strategies that drive positive environmental and social impact while maintaining commercial viability.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments and environmental impact analyses for corporate clients
- Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with international standards and frameworks
- Prepare detailed sustainability reports, presentations, and executive summaries for diverse audiences
- Monitor and analyze environmental regulations, trends, and best practices in sustainability
- Support clients in achieving sustainability certifications and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative sustainability solutions
- Engage with stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG analysis, or corporate sustainability roles
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and UN SDGs
- Proficiency in data analysis, environmental metrics, and sustainability reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations and sustainability reporting requirements
- Relevant certifications such as CFA ESG Investing, GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, or equivalent are advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability and commitment to environmental stewardship
