Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to targeted B2B leads in various industries.
- Efficiently navigate corporate gatekeepers to reach and engage key decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling sales scripts and adapt them to prospect responses to pique interest.
- Ask strategic qualifying questions to assess prospect budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for the Account Executive team.
- Accurately log all call activities and lead details into the company CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including talk time, appointments set, and qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or a related outbound call center role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Resilience: Proven ability to handle objections, rejection, and high-pressure situations with composure.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM platforms, dialer software, and standard office applications (MS Office/Google Suite).
- Listening Skills: Strong active listening skills with the ability to identify and respond to verbal cues.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Education: College graduate in any field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to Work Onsite: Must be willing to work in our Cebu City office.
