Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
- Present product/service solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
