Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists and scripts.
- Introduce VA Masters' services, clearly articulating value propositions and benefits.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information and assessing their needs and budget.
- Schedule qualified appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly targets for call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and script effectiveness to improve outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to answer questions confidently.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Tagalog is a plus.
- Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain a positive, persistent attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills to adapt conversations to different prospects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends.
