Outsourcey is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic freight and logistics team supporting an Australian-based logistics partner. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the freight and transport sector. You will leverage your consultative selling skills to understand client needs, propose tailored logistics solutions, and maintain long-term relationships that foster repeat business. The position offers a competitive monthly salary range of ₱50,000–₱60,000, performance‑based incentives, and the chance to work with an international clientele while based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the freight and logistics market through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct needs analysis and present customized logistics solutions that align with client objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high activity levels.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting freight transport.
- Participate in sales training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance selling effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably within logistics, freight, or transportation sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, comfortable handling objections.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs procedures, and supply chain basics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
