Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Drive outlet profitability by implementing sales strategies and promoting high-margin services and retail products.
- Provide technical mentorship and hands-on training to junior hair stylists to ensure consistent service quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track salon performance and operational efficiency.
- Foster a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with ownership to develop marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new clientele.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in professional hair dressing or salon management.
- Strong understanding of salon operations, inventory control, and retail management.
- Proven ability to train and mentor junior team members in technical hair styling skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Deep passion for the beauty industry with up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by salon operations.
