Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Department to ensure optimal patient throughput and service quality.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance clinical workflows and patient safety.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing and administrative staff to foster a culture of professional excellence.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track department productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with medical specialists and department heads to streamline cross-departmental coordination.
- Manage departmental budget, resource allocation, and medical inventory to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
- Handle patient feedback and implement service recovery protocols to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong advantage).
- At least 5-7 years of experience in hospital management, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within an outpatient or ambulatory setting.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient care management, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large, diverse teams in a clinical environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and data reporting software.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
