Located in the scenic Capas, Tarlac, our resort offers a dynamic work environment where your craftsmanship will be showcased in guest rooms, event halls, recreational areas, and exterior facades.
In this role, you will master a variety of finishes—from classic latex and enamel to decorative textures and faux coatings—while ensuring every surface meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. You will work both independently and as part of a dedicated team, supporting ongoing renovations, touch-ups, and seasonal projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Apply paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other tools.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and textures as per project specifications.
- Inspect completed work for defects, touch up missed spots, and ensure a smooth, even finish.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas, following safety and environmental guidelines.
- Assist in estimating material quantities and time requirements for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to schedule work without disrupting resort operations.
- Follow all resort safety protocols, including proper use of ladders, scaffolding, and personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of professional painting experience, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial settings.
- Knowledge of various paint types, application techniques, and surface preparation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, color charts, and technical data sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a steady hand for precise work.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods, and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed by the resort.
- Basic communication skills in English or Filipino; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license (for transporting materials) – an advantage but not required.
