Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast part requirements accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of parts.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory to minimize carrying costs.
- Maintain and update inventory databases and documentation systems.
- Generate and present regular inventory reports to management to support decision-making.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory analysis, stock management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar software).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
