Edupac Prima Sukses is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Chinese Teacher to join our team in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging Mandarin lessons to students of various proficiency levels. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive Chinese language lessons tailored to student needs.
- Implement student-centered teaching methodologies to improve language acquisition.
- Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Create a positive, safe, and encouraging classroom environment for all students.
- Prepare instructional materials, exercises, and assessments as required.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure consistent curriculum standards.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum HSK Level 5 certification or equivalent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Hold a valid Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSOL) certificate or equivalent pedagogical training.
- Proven ability to teach in a clear, engaging, and student-centered manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about language education and fostering student development.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite capacity in Bintan.
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
