Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, arranging, and dismantling event equipment, furniture, and décor.
- Greet and engage guests, providing friendly assistance and information throughout the event.
- Monitor guest areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and a pleasant experience.
- Support food and beverage service, including stocking refills and clearing tables as needed.
- Participate in pre-event briefings and in‑service training to stay updated on event protocols.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors when appropriate.
- Help manage crowd flow and assist with ticket checking or registration desks when required.
- Ensure all event materials are accounted for and returned to storage post‑event.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
