Responsibilities

- Maintain clear and professional communication with students and their families.
- Manage classroom or 1-on-1 session time effectively to cover curriculum goals.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field (Students in their final year are welcome to apply).
- Strong command of both English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to explain complex Math and English concepts clearly to students of various age groups.
- Highly patient, empathetic, and passionate about student development.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a commitment to reliability.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or able to commute easily to the Gayungan, Surabaya area.
