Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and availability for service operations
  • Process parts orders, coordinate with suppliers, and track deliveries to meet service deadlines
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to service technicians on parts selection and compatibility
  • Maintain accurate parts records, documentation, and inventory tracking systems
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts provision for vehicle repairs
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status professionally

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in parts advisory, inventory management, or automotive service environment
  • Familiarity with automotive parts systems, OEM parts identification, and catalog navigation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is advantageous
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to provide professional service and support
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor
