Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and availability for service operations
- Process parts orders, coordinate with suppliers, and track deliveries to meet service deadlines
- Provide technical advice and guidance to service technicians on parts selection and compatibility
- Maintain accurate parts records, documentation, and inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts provision for vehicle repairs
- Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status professionally
- Support warranty claims processing and manage parts return procedures in compliance with company policies
- Ensure all parts handling and storage practices meet Tesla's quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in parts advisory, inventory management, or automotive service environment
- Familiarity with automotive parts systems, OEM parts identification, and catalog navigation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is advantageous
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to provide professional service and support
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor
