Motortrade Nationwide Corporation is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Parts and Service Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. Responsibilities
- Support the Parts Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the Parts Department
- Supervise and mentor parts staff, conducting performance evaluations and implementing training programs to enhance team productivity
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and stockouts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on parts performance, identifying trends and recommending strategies for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in all departmental activities
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Assist in budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts management or automotive industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle are preferred
