Responsibilities

  • Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving departmental sales targets.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure parts availability while minimizing excess stock.

  • Supervise department staff, ensuring professional customer service and adherence to company policies.
  • Perform regular audits and stock counts to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, and parts-related technical concerns.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in parts management or a supervisory role within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and basic computer applications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of automotive parts, terminology, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume facility.
