Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize obsolescence
- Lead and mentor the parts team to achieve operational excellence and high performance
- Establish competitive pricing models while maintaining profitability and market alignment
- Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to support data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to enhance service levels and satisfaction

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parts management, preferably in automotive or heavy equipment industry
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
