Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle, store, and manage inventory of ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets and service goals.
  • Ensure that all workstations are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new pastry menu items as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational School (SMK) in Culinary/Pastry Arts.
  • Proven experience working in a professional kitchen, bakery, or cafe setting.
  • Strong understanding of baking science, dough handling, and decorating techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Disciplined, reliable, and able to follow complex, detailed instructions accurately.
  • Strong commitment to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
