Staffinc Group is seeking a dedicated Patient Relationship Officer to serve as the vital link between patients and our healthcare services in Jakarta Selatan. You will act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, addressing inquiries, coordinating appointments, and guiding them through administrative processes. Your background in nursing or midwifery will enable you to understand clinical needs and communicate them effectively to both patients and medical staff. Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and inâperson with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and followâup reminders.
- Assist patients with admissions, discharge procedures, and insurance documentation.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and escalate concerns to appropriate clinical or administrative staff.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the hospitalâs management system.
- Support health education initiatives by providing patients with relevant information about services and preventive care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a patientâfacing role within a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient with hospital information systems (HIS) and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a patientâcentered mindset.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to shifting schedules as needed.
