Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient‑facing role within a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient with hospital information systems (HIS) and basic MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection regulations.
