Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Patient Service Associate to join our client’s healthcare team in Central Region, Singapore. In this key role you will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a smooth and positive experience while supporting clinical and administrative operations.
You will work a 2‑shift schedule (morning and afternoon) and be responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, handling inquiries, and assisting with billing and insurance claims. A significant part of the job involves financial counselling, guiding patients through payment options and explaining coverage details.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Support patient registration, appointment booking, and check‑out processes.
- Provide clear information on services, insurance, and billing procedures.
- Assist with financial counselling and processing of insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or N‑level in a related field such as healthcare, business, or hospitality.
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing or healthcare environment is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable working on rotating 2‑shift schedules.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data.
