In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end payroll administration and compensation strategy. You will serve as the subject matter expert, ensuring that our workforce is supported by efficient, accurate, and compliant payroll processes while driving competitive C&B programs that align with organizational goals. You will work closely with Finance, HR leadership, and department heads to streamline operations and enhance employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organization, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and insurance management.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to reconcile payroll records and prepare regular budget reports.
- Analyze market data to develop competitive salary structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Lead communication efforts regarding company benefits, addressing employee queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Improve existing payroll systems and internal workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in payroll administration and C&B management.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and income tax regulations.
- Proven expertise in using payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local payroll platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
