Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and process timekeeping records and attendance data for all employees.
  • Perform accurate data entry of payroll information into our system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of payslips and handle employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for monthly contributions and loan payments.
  • Maintain organized and secure digital and physical payroll records and personnel files.
  • Support the finance team in preparing payroll-related reports and variance analysis.
  • Monitor and track leave credits, overtime, and statutory deductions systematically.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or accounting support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software applications.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and tax computation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
