Avail BPO Philippines is seeking a meticulous Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cubao, Metro Manila. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions. You will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and department managers to maintain payroll integrity, comply with local labor laws, and support a seamless payroll experience for our workforce.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for preparing payroll inputs, verifying timekeeping data, calculating overtime, night differentials, holiday pay, and managing government remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax. Additionally, you will generate payroll reports, respond to employee inquiries, and assist in audit preparations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Validate timekeeping records, leaves, and attendance data before payroll execution.
- Calculate overtime, night differentials, holiday pay, and other variable earnings.
- Manage statutory deductions and remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax).
- Generate payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation documents for management and audit.
- Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain compliance with Philippine labor laws and BPO industry payroll standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations and government contributions.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in numerical tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
