Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and overtime
- Maintain compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, and BIR regulations
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and government-mandated filings
- Manage employee records, including leave balances and compensation adjustments
- Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Conduct regular payroll audits and reconciliation activities
- Implement payroll system improvements and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in the Philippines
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws and labor standards
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience with multi-location payroll processing
