Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll for hospital staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage timekeeping data, including overtime, leaves, and absences, to ensure correct pay calculations.
- Handle statutory contributions and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries regarding pay or deductions.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the HR department to maintain updated employee records and benefit information.
- Ensure all payroll processes adhere to local labor regulations and internal audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or accounting.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefit reporting.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
