Responsibilities
- Process semiâmonthly payroll for all employees, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, BIR regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle changes such as new hires, terminations, and benefits adjustments.
- Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and assist with monthâend and yearâend closing.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax withholdings, and benefits.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams to support audits and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar HR finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, BIR rules, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, PagâIBIG).
- Proficiency with payroll software (SAP, Oracle, or comparable systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problemâsolving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
