  • Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for Australian clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain compliance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations, including Superannuation and STP reporting.
  • Process joiners, leavers, and variations in payroll data with high precision.
  • Resolve complex payroll inquiries from clients and employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare detailed financial reports for management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing Australian employment laws and tax legislation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
