Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets)
- Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port fixes, and camera module swaps
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes and recommendations to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workbench, following safety and quality protocols
- Assist with inventory management of spare parts and accessories
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily repair targets and ensure timely turnaround
Qualifications
- Zero experience required – comprehensive training is provided!
- Must be fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay (spoken and written)
- Strong interest in mobile technology and electronics
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling small components
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
