Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end mobile and landline number porting process for Australian telecommunications clients.
- Coordinate with various carriers to ensure timely and accurate porting requests.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in service applications and customer documentation.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and database management systems.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to stakeholders and service providers.
- Monitor pending requests and proactively troubleshoot delays or rejections.
- Adhere to strict industry compliance and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Porting Coordinator, Provisioning Specialist, or in a similar BPO/Telco role.
- Strong understanding of Australian telecommunications industry standards and porting protocols.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Ability to work on a Dayshift schedule to align with Australian business hours.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
