Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts
- Develop and implement production planning and control systems
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement teams to align supply chain activities
- Monitor and report on key supply chain performance indicators
- Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or PPIC role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
