Join Erajaya as a Pre-Delivery Inspector Xpeng Supervisor in our Talent Pool. You will lead the final quality checks on electric vehicles (EVs) before they are handed over to customers, ensuring each unit meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and presentation.

As a supervisor, you will oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection process, verify vehicle software, battery health, charging functionality, ADAS features, exterior/interior condition, and compliance with local regulations. You will document findings, generate detailed inspection reports, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments. You will also mentor and develop members of the Talent Pool, promoting best practices in inspection accuracy, safety, and customer communication.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on Xpeng EV units to verify safety, performance, and cosmetic quality before customer handover.
- Verify software integrity, infotainment systems, battery health, charging readiness, and ADAS features.
- Document inspection findings with clear, actionable reports; maintain accurate records in the company QA system.
- Identify defects or deviations, classify severity, and coordinate with service, logistics, and manufacturing teams to secure timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and local regulations, including safety protocols for high-voltage systems.
- Oversee and mentor members of the Talent Pool in inspection techniques, tool usage, and data entry accuracy.
- Assist in streamlining the PDI process to improve delivery times while preserving quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain calibration and inventory of inspection tools and PPE; prepare handover documentation for customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in vehicle inspection, quality assurance, or EV-related field.
- Strong knowledge of EV systems, batteries, high-voltage safety protocols, and general automotive safety standards.
- Attention to detail with excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation; ability to explain issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to support varying shifts and overtime as needed.
- Proficiency with QA software, data entry, and Microsoft Excel; basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus.
