Our school offers a competitive salary range of Rp 4.000.000 to Rp 5.500.000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a collaborative work culture that values professional development and creativity. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the 'learning through play' philosophy.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to early childhood development.
- Observe and evaluate each child's social, emotional, and cognitive progress, maintaining detailed records.
- Facilitate activities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding their child's milestones and daily activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to organize school events and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, health, and hygiene are met within the classroom at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of child development and play-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents.
- A creative mindset with the ability to design stimulating educational activities.
- High level of patience, energy, and a genuine passion for early education.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
