Mitra Prodin is seeking an experienced Printing Supervisor to lead and optimize our printing operations in Jembrana, Bali. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the printing workflow, from pre‑press to finishing, ensuring timely and accurate job completion.
- Monitor and maintain printing equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Implement quality control procedures to guarantee color consistency, registration, and overall print excellence.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of press operators and assistants, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operating costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of inks, substrates, and consumables.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company safety policies.
- Prepare production reports, schedules, and budget forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of supervisory experience in a commercial or packaging printing environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of offset, flexographic, and/or digital printing processes.
- Strong understanding of color management, prepress workflows, and finishing techniques.
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance improvements.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven mindset for process optimization.
- Familiarity with maintenance schedules, spare parts management, and equipment calibration.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
