Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end process analysis to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Utilize process mining tools and modeling techniques to visualize and document complex workflows.
- Apply advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into process maps.
- Maintain and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Support the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (LSSYB) within the organization.
- Perform quality assurance on process maps and documentation to ensure high standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (LSSYB) or similar continuous improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and process flows.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate process changes to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and night shift environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
