Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management to build a reliable supply chain.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve best value and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
