We are looking for someone who not only meets the numbers but builds lasting relationships. As a Product Sales Manager, you will own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, working closely with pre-sales engineers and marketing to ensure seamless client experiences. Your expertise will directly influence our product roadmap and market positioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the IT security product portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities across Indonesia.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of enterprise customers through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to design customized security solutions that address client pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in IT Vendor or IT Security solutions (mandatory).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the enterprise segment.
- Established network of enterprise client contacts (preferably within banking, telecom, or government sectors).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies (firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, cloud security, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Jakarta and occasionally to other cities.
