As a Product Specialist, you will be the bridge between our high-quality veterinary products and the veterinary clinics, farms, and retailers in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for educating clients, driving sales growth, and providing technical support to ensure our products are used effectively to improve animal health outcomes. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with veterinarians, clinics, and animal health retailers in the West Java region.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the efficacy and benefits of our veterinary product portfolio.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management.
- Provide technical consultation and advice to clients regarding product applications and animal health solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, workshops, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or a related life science discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably within the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep understanding of animal health products and the local veterinary landscape in West Java.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software for sales tracking.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is highly preferred.
